We understand that life can be unpredictable. Thank you for respecting our 12 hour cancellation policy for group class bookings and our 24 hour cancellation policy for private sessions. Cancellation or change requests received via email are not valid. All cancellations and changes must be managed online at least 12 hours prior to your booking to avoid forfeiting your credit.
***If you’re an unlimited mat pilates/yoga member, late cancellation will result in a $10 fee to compensate for the loss of the spot in class.*** If you're an unlimited reformer member, late cancellation will result in a $35 fee to compensate for the loss of the reformer spot in class, as we only have 7 reformers.***
4x Reformer and 8x Reformer Class Memberships must be used within the month and credits do not rollover to the next month.
Courtesy cancels — in event of an emergency or illness, we’ll waive your cancellation fee up to two instances within a 6 month period if given notice prior to class. If you need to late cancel due to an emergency or illness, please email us at cruxpilates@gmail.com - Any late cancellations due to emergency or illness past the two waived instances, will be late charged accordingly. No shows will incur the full late cancellation fee and there are no exceptions.
Multiple reservations — clients are responsible for canceling excess reservations within their cancellation window.
Private sessions — must be canceled 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations within the 24-hour window will incur a $50 fee. No-shows will be charged in full.
Minimum commitment — all autopay memberships require a 3-month commitment in exchange for a generous discount on classes.
*If you pause or cancel your membership for more than a month's time, the 3-month commitment will go back into effect when you re-start your membership.
*If you upgrade your membership, the 3-month commitment will begin again when you activate the new membership.
Auto renewal will continue past three months. Please email us at cruxpilates@gmail.com 7 days prior to your auto renewal billing date if you'd like to cancel your membership after the three month commitment.
Membership Cancellation — all autopay memberships require a 7 day written cancellation notice via email to cruxpilates@gmail.com prior to your next billing date.
Refunds — refunds will not be given for any payments made prior to the written request to cancel membership (See under membership cancellation). Refunds can be made within three days of initial purchase with written notice via email if no classes or credits have been used.
Class packages — not eligible for transfer, exchange, price adjustment, or refunds. Packages cannot be shared with friends and family.
Clients with existing memberships are not eligible for new client sales or promotions.
Please arrive 10-15 minutes early for a smooth check-in experience. For safety reasons, you will not be permitted to enter the class if you are beyond five minutes late.
No-shows & late arrivals: All no-shows and late arrivals will be considered late cancellations and are not eligible for a credit or refund.
We promote a tech-free space at Crux Pilates for your safety and out of respect for your movement community. Please leave your phone with your belongings while class is in session.
If you are sick in any capacity, please do not attend classes and give your body the rest it needs.
I understand that all minors under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult at all times on Crux Pilates premises if they are taking Crux Pilates classes, including all studio locations, offsite venues, and other locations of operations, and a liability waiver must be signed by the minor's guardian or caregiver on behalf of the minor. I understand that minors 14 years old and younger are not permitted in any of Crux Pilates classes, including all studio locations, offsite venues, and other locations of operation, with the exception of Baby and Me Pilates classes.
If I become pregnant, I understand and agree to Crux Pilates’ safety policy that I am recommended to participate in only prenatal classes in my first trimester, and that from my second trimester onwards, from week 13, I am permitted to join only prenatal classes. If I am postnatal, I understand and agree to Crux Pilates’ safety policy that I must receive verbal permission from my obstetrician, General Practitioner, or midwife prior to commencing Pilates. I understand and acknowledge Crux Pilates’ recommendation to schedule a one-on-one appointment with a Pilates instructor prior to commencing group classes. I understand and agree to Crux Pilates’ safety policy that I am permitted to join only Postnatal or Prenatal Pilates classes until I have received verbal permission from a Crux Pilates instructor to move forward with regular group classes.
We require respectful and kind discourse with our teachers, staff and student community. Any disrespectful language or conduct will not be tolerated and will be subject to membership termination.
We reserve the right to cancel a group class if there are one or less clients enrolled within the twelve hour period prior to the class beginning. You will be notified via text, phone call and/or email to update you on any potential cancellation.
